Niloofar Montano is a women’s fashion brand operated by Niloofar Montano Fashion Co. LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. and our payment processing is handled by Stripe.

2. Eligibility

By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that:

– You are at least 18 years of age

– You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

– You are not located in a country subject to a UAE government embargo or trade restriction

If you are under 18, please do not use our website or make any purchases.

3. Accounts

You may shop with us as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account:

– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

– You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

– You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

4. Products & availability

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, textures, and sizing. However, please note that:

– Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings

– All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities

– We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice

Product descriptions, sizing information, and imagery are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible.

5. Pricing & currency

All prices on our website are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by UAE law.

If you are browsing from outside the UAE, prices may be displayed in your local currency as an estimate only. All transactions are processed and settled in AED. The final charge to your card will reflect the AED amount converted at your bank’s prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment. We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank.

We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. Orders & payment

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. We will send you an order confirmation by email, which constitutes acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation.

We accept payment by credit and debit card via Stripe. By providing your payment details, you confirm that:

– You are authorised to use the payment method provided

– Your payment information is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

7. Order cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at hello@niloofarmontano.com with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you are welcome to return the item in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy once you have received it.

8. Shipping & delivery

We ship to the UAE and internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs are detailed on our Shipping Policy page. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery windows, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply in your country.

9. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including but not limited to our brand name, logo, photography, videography, product descriptions, graphics, and copy, is the exclusive property of Niloofar Montano Fashion Co. LLC and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, or commercially exploit any part of our content without our prior written permission. Sharing our content on social media for non-commercial, personal purposes is permitted, provided you credit @niloofarmontano.

10. User-generated content

We love seeing how you style your Niloofar Montano pieces. By tagging us on social media, leaving a review, or submitting photos or content that references our brand, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and share that content across our marketing channels, including our website, email campaigns, and social media accounts.

We will always aim to credit you where possible. You may withdraw this permission at any time by contacting us at hello@niloofarmontano.com.

11. Privacy
