Shipping Policy

We want your order to arrive beautifully and on time. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your Niloofar Montano pieces.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. We also deliver to P.O. Boxes within the UAE.
International shipping will be available soon. If you are based outside the UAE and would like to place an order before then, please contact us at hello@niloofarmontano.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date of purchase. While we work with reliable courier partners to meet these windows, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
3. Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
4. Our courier
We ship all UAE orders through Aramex, one of the region’s most trusted courier networks. Every shipment is assigned a unique tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
5. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your Aramex tracking number. You can track your order at any time at aramex.com or through the tracking link included in your confirmation email.
We also send automated shipping updates through our store so you’re never left wondering. If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at hello@niloofarmontano.com.
6. Payment method
We currently accept payment by credit and debit card via Stripe. We do not offer cash on delivery at this time. All transactions are processed securely.
7. Undeliverable packages
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because of an incorrect address, no one being available to receive the package, or a refusal of delivery, Aramex will make up to two further attempts or hold the package at a local facility. After this, the package may be returned to us.
In the event your order is returned to us:
– If the return was due to an incorrect address or failed delivery on your part, re-shipping costs will be charged to you before we resend the order
– If the return was due to a courier error on our part, we will reship at no additional cost to you
Please double-check your delivery address carefully at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
8. Lost or delayed shipments
While the vast majority of orders arrive without issue, couriers can occasionally experience delays or, very rarely, lose a package.
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@niloofarmontano.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with Aramex on your behalf, which typically takes 5–7 business days to resolve.
If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
9. Damaged items in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@niloofarmontano.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly and at no cost to you. Please do not discard the packaging, as it may be needed for the courier’s claim process.
